Staff were very helpful, kind and friendly. Room was very clean and location was great. One small problem- we had air conditioned room but it did not work very well and it was way too hot. Other than that. Great stay and thanks to staff especially owner for all their help!

its very nice stay with Patong rose guest house. staff is very friendly and co-operative.really worth for money and near to everything(beach,shopping,Phuket night life). would like to stay again if visit to phuket.

The hotel is really clean and its in a good location. The relation quality and price is really good.

The front desk is open until 10:00 pm - we arrived at midnight and the hotel was closed. We needed to call to a cell phone and wait for 20 minutes for a person to open and check us in.

Bed was hard (that's good), linen was clean and good quality (very important). Although the location is handy for Bangla Road and the beach, the same can be said for hundreds of surrounding similar 'guest houses'. Expat 'owner' (lessee) was very pleasant, and that's perhaps the only thing that would bring me back.

No toiletries, balcony is not private, room is very stark, and website map incorrectly places hotel making it very hard to find. This place is just another poorly built concrete building packed into the backstreets amongst hundreds of the same size, quality, cleanliness and price. Don't expect the 'dressings' in the photos - no rose on bed (who cares) or toiletries (nearly misled me into not bringing my own), bedside lamps long gone (I checked several rooms), flower replaced by a toilet roll (totalling 4), towels old and worn. Coffee-making facilities means there's a hot jug. Only 2 'super deluxe' rooms with balconies (I was in one) are both small, aircon drips on tiny balcony making it hard to use, other guests hang washing on your chairs, and stand outside your windows smoking so it's not even private. Website photo carefully avoids huge metal roof that dominates the view, though you can see the sea over it, other photo of road and beach has been taken from some other building. Reasonable place to stay, but ignore the shills and the sadly misleading advertising, and remember that the music playing late is actually quite loud (didn't worry me). With attention, the owner could make this represent the advertising, and be worth choosing over the hundreds of similar local others.

very close to the beach as well as the shopping strip - no facilities like pool, spa, etc or a restaurant; however the price and its location does make up for it. Very close to a bar however, which plays loud live music til 1am....be warned!

The best place in Patong for Vacantion...The best service!!!!!!! I love them i miss them....You must go there.....its like a family :) miss you guys

Excellent location, only 100 metres from Patong beach. Shops, restaurants, night clubs/bars etc.all within 5-10 minutes walking. Very cheap considering location, rooms spotlessly clean, staff exceptionally friendly & helpful. Free beach towels, brand new motorbikes for rent at very reasonable prices, free Internet. Could not get better value in Phuket/Patong. Band plays next door until 1 am but if you want quiet holiday Patong Beach probably not for you. Will stay again on next holiday to Patong.

Only comment is noise from music next door to 1 am but not a problem as who gets to bed before 1 am in Patong & is good music.

I liked everything!Excellent location (near the sea,restaurants and night life center Bangla road), helpful staff, quiet room, then you can buy inexpensive different .

Excellent hotel, excellent staff, lovely facilities, very clean. I would not class this place as guest house as it was much higher standard!!! The owner and his wife were very friendly and the lady at reception was also lovely. Would recommend to everyone. Rooms were lovely and clean, very spacious. Loved it!!!

The owners of this hotel - very kind family couple. They organized transfer from the airport, excursions, which cost much more cheaper then in tourist agency. Also they explaned us about best place of shopping and where to get nice restorants. Reception woman also always helped us. The location of this guesthouse - excellent! Very-very close to the beach and not noisy! From this price you will not be able to find better place. Would recommend to everyone. Very liked!
